Appearance:
He is just about 5'11" and had pitch-black hair, which never seems to calm it's self into laying flat on his head, with shining
green eyes. His build is small framed, but has the potential of becoming fuller with age, somewhat like his father. He seems
to be always smiling and joking, but his eyes show that he is constantly curious, giving him a youthful appearance.
Clothing: Loose white shirt made of Cotton material that falls to his wrist probably open
sleeved blouse, with a slight V in the neck for air. Also black farmers pants, made of sheep wool. On his feet, simple walking
boots. A silver necklace that was his mother's, only a small pendant of a star hangs from it.
Personality: Alex is an easy going Guy and can be a really good friend, but has some honesty issues. He is usually
wearing a smile and will impress the ladies every chance he can get, but rarely ends up with anything, but a red hand print
on his face. When it comes to protecting something that is his, he will fight to the death. He tends to be proud of himself
but not necessarily arrogant. From the time he was very little his father has taught him that he should be an honest person
no matter what, and even to this day he defends that. Since Alex was told that stealing and lying were wrong, he has found
creative ways around it, but even with his creativeness, he doesn't do it that often, because he is terrified of being caught.
The only thing that he really hopes for right now is to one day get married, being alone frightens him, and the thought of
dying alone practically haunts him. Because of his fear for loneliness, he rarely sleeps on the road, preferring the nice
atmosphere of a hotel.
Strengths: He is a fast runner, but he rarely shows
that off, choosing only to use it when necessary. He is a caring person and will gladly stop on the road to help someone who
has fallen ill, in particular if that person is a young woman. He is quick of tongue and sharp of wit, that can help him out
of the tough situations. The only problem is that it is his mouth that gets him into said situations.
Weaknesses: Alex has a few problems keep his thoughts to himself when he should, and sometimes he lets his tongue
run away with him. He doesn't fair too well with children because he has a fear of them, and he flirts too much with women.
He will fall to his knees to please any woman who is crying, and that can be a weakness to people who wish to get at him.
History: Alex grew up on a small strawberry farm helping him, his mother died
at his birth and he has only heard of her through his older sister, Kyoko, who has three years on him. His father, Ben, worked
hard at the farm and raising both of his children, and that kept him busy, and most of the time on the farm.. This meant that
a lot of the work selling to the town's people, which is were Alex learned how to impress both commoners and royalty with
his gifts of charm and wit. Both his sister and his father have small powers of healing, and Alex inherited it as well. When
he was ten, Alex's sister was married and went to go live with her new husband, leaving only Alex and Ben to run the farm.
It was a hard winter and over that time Ben fell, and was taken to the towns. There he met a young woman, named lily, and
eventually took her into their home. It was hard work, but within a year the farm began to prosper once again and Alex was
given more freedom. On his twelfth birthday, Aian, Alex's half sister, was born to Lily. Alex was happy, but tried to stay
away from his new sister aian, convinced he was cursed, because of his mother’s death. At the age of fifteen, Alex moved
out of the house to travel around. He was unusually talented at the gift of gab, and could do well at telling odd stories.
Most of the time he can charm his way into restaurants and inn's but if need be, Alex has enough money to pay for things.
Although he does have the ability to steal, he thinks it below him. He rarely visits his family, but often writes to them,
keeping in touch with them and the farm and often sending a little money for his sisters. Most of his time and energy is spent
wooing young women, but it is usually a fruitless venture.
What is your character
most ashamed of? He believes that it is his fault that his mother died, and he is most ashamed of killing her. He wears
her necklace as a constant reminder of who he is and what he has done.
What makes
your character unique? Although Alex is flirty, he has a certain charm to him that makes his easy to get along with.
He is much like a young boy who is trapped in a mans body, but when need be he can take things into hand and get them under
control. Also he has an extreme aversion to crying women. He will do anything with in his power to avoid a woman in tears,
and if he runs into one, he turns pale, as if sick, a small quirk of his.
Why is your
character coming to the Inn? He thought with the night nearby there would be a better chance of work around there.
Both entertaining peasants and Rogues.
